Last Friday, I went shopping with my friend, on our way back to UoR, we saw an accident happened in the middle of the road. But fortunately, no one got hurt. Then my friend goes:" now both of them can go get new cars, that is good news for them as long as they do not get hurt at all, and then the car dealer can get money to invest on other things which make the economy run." Then I go:" if the accident did not happen, they can use the money for new car to do other things which can be more meaning and they still own their old cars."

This is the application of Broken Window Fallacy.
